All houses are made of timber. Painted in the colours you see in items. Can be easily repainted to your taste or decor colours? Let your imagination run wild. All are pre-fab. Come flat packed for shipping. Each panel is complete (eg windows, doors, etc all installed). You just need to screw together. All hardware provided & only simple tools required (small flat & phillips screwdriver). Takes approx. 30-45 minutes to assemble.
